Flatiron

The two new boutique condominium buildings, known collectively as Louie, are located on a through-block site in Manhattan's Ladies' Mile Historic District at the intersection of the Flatiron, Chelsea, and Union Square neighborhoods. One rises 14 stories with 13 full-floor residences, while the other stands 10 stories with nine full-floor residences, totaling 22 exclusive three-bedroom homes. Blending European elegance with American industrial influences and drawing from the area's historic loft-style architecture.
